[Participation conditions]

  • ● Admission to the Hankyu Railway Festival 2025 is a web pre-registration system. (Free admission)
  • ●Entry times will be specified for each customer in 30-minute intervals. Customers cannot specify their own entry times.
  • ●Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when applying and entering the venue.
  • ●Some events require participation by application and are limited to children.
  • ●Please note that even for events that do not require participation by application, there may be restrictions on the number of people, age, etc. depending on the content.
  • ●Representatives who are selected for the pre-application will be sent a QR code to be presented as a participation certificate in the email a.d.r.e.s registered at the time of application. To enter, you will need a smartphone or other mobile device that can connect to a public line and display a QR code at the reception desk of the Shojaku factory venue (please bear the cost of communication when applying and entering).
  • ●When entering the venue, we will ask you to show the QR code on your participation certificate along with the representative's official identification (driver's license, health insurance card, My Number card, passport, student ID, student handbook, etc.). Please make sure that the representative can present official identification upon entering the venue before applying.
  • ●At this event, the organizer may take photos and videos containing portraits of participants. Photos and videos taken may be posted in public relations magazines published by the organizers of this event, Platform pages, official social media, announcements of this event, etc., so please obtain the consent of all members of the group before applying.

[About the winning rights]

[When visiting]

  • ●There is no place to wait near the venue, so please refrain from arriving more than 30 minutes before the entrance time.
  • ●Everyone, including the representative, must enter together. Individual entry afterwards is not permitted.
  • ●There is no bicycle or car parking available. We do not allow visitors to come by bicycle, motorbike, or car.

[When entering]

  • ●Please prepare the QR code screen of your participation certificate and an official certificate of the representative before entering.
  • ●If you have a fever or are feeling unwell on the day, please refrain from attending.
  • ●Pets are not permitted.

[Notes on the venue]

  • ●A re-entry stamp is required for re-entry. When you leave the venue, ask a staff member to stamp your re-entry stamp. When re-entering, please show the stamp to a staff member.
  • ●Snacks and other items will not be sold at the venue.
  • ●Please take your trash home with you.
  • ●Smoking is prohibited inside and around the venue (including electronic cigarettes).
  • ●Please do not enter any restricted areas within the venue.
  • ●The organizers will not be held responsible for any troubles, accidents or injuries that occur between customers within the venue.
