How to ride trains
Trains stop at different stations depending on train type, except on some routes. Please check the train type indication on the platform or on the train before getting on.

Take care not to drop your suitcase or other baggage from the stairs or escalator.

In the train
Women-only cars
Hankyu Railway has women-only cars in some trains on the Kobe line, the Takarazuka line and the Kyoto line.
The women-only car may also be used by children of elementary school age or younger, as well as the disabled and their male helpers.
Men in the women-only car may be questioned by railway staff.
In an emergency the women-only restriction may be lifted.

Adjust the volume of your headset or earphones to avoid disturbing other passengers.
