Article 1 Purpose and Scope of the Terms

  2. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and the terms of use of each social media, the terms of use established by the social media shall apply.

Article 2 Prohibited Matters

  11. (11) Transmitting information solely for the purpose of profit-making or commercial transactions (including affiliate marketing)
  12. (12) Transmission of information for the purpose of recruitment
  13. (13) Transmitting information for the purpose of soliciting donations or investments
  14. (14) Submitting false information or impersonating a third party
  15. (15) Any act violating these Terms and Conditions.
  16. (16) Any other conduct that the Company reasonably determines to be inappropriate, in addition to the provisions of the preceding paragraphs.

Article 3 Handling of Intellectual Property Rights, etc.

  1. When you post Content, you represent and warrant that:
    1. (1) The content posted by the user does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark right, portrait right, trade secret, honor, privacy, or any other right.
    2. (2) When a user posts images, music, videos, etc. other than text (hereinafter referred to as "Images, etc."), the user has sufficient rights to grant the permission to the Company as set forth in the following paragraph.

    4. (4) The User's posts and other actions taken while using the Service do not violate any applicable laws and regulations.
  2. The User shall not publish the Posted Images, etc. in printed matter, newsletters, Platform pages, etc. (including duplication, adaptation, translation, public transmission, processing, modification, and any other acts) for the purpose of advertising, promotion, and promotion of the use of the Service. The moral rights of the author shall not be exercised.
  3. The copyright (including the rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) and all other rights to the content posted by users, excluding images, etc., shall belong to our company.

Article 4: Response to Posts and Other Content

  1. The Company is not obligated to follow users who follow the Service, and follow relationships will be established at the Company's discretion.
  2. The Company is under no obligation to respond (including "likes" or replies) to posts, comments, replies, direct messages, etc. sent by users on the Service.

Article 5 Disclaimer

  1. As a general rule, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service unless such damages are attributable to our company.

Article 11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  2. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use and the use of the Service shall be resolved by a court with the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance.
