Osaka-umeda There are a total of four station Information Counter locations on the 2nd and 3rd floors: the 2nd floor is in the center Ticket gate the 2nd floor west Information Counter and Chayamachi the mouth Ticket gate the west Chayamachiguchi information counter. The 3rd floor is on the 3rd floor Ticket gate the west Information Counter and the 3rd floor Ticket gate the east 3rd floor East Information Counter. Any Ticket gate will be handled by Station staff, but if Station staff is not available due to other correspondence, etc., please use Station staff intercom.
