There are two Ticket gate of Yamada Station: West ticket gate on the 2nd floor and East Ticket gate on the 1st floor. West ticket gate is supported by Station staff. If Station staff is not available for other reasons, please use Station staff intercom. In addition, East Ticket gate is an unmanned Ticket gate, so please use Station staff intercom when using it.
