〈Digital special tickets〉SURUTTO KANSAI Osaka Amazing Pass 1day・2day FY2025

All lines of Osaka Metro and Osaka City Bus (except for some lines) and Hankyu, Hanshin, Keihan, Nankai, and Kintetsu Osaka area designated sections are Digital special tickets where you can get on and off freely for one day (or two). You can purchase this Tickets from the SURUTTO QRtto sales page.

When you purchase a Digital special tickets, you can use the designated actions on your smartphone to enjoy free or discounted access to eligible properties in the Osaka area.

* QRtto is a service that allows customers to purchase tickets that can be used for train and bus Tickets and tourist facilities with their own smartphones, and can be used without a ticket (two-dimensional barcode) as it is.

[Please note]
・To purchase and use this Digital special tickets, you need a smartphone and a Credit card. Please note that you are responsible for packet communication charges when purchasing or using Digital special tickets.

・ Digital special tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other Tickets and IC card ticket. Fare adjustment machine is also not available.

・Please use QR code-compatible ticket gate when using it.

• Digital special tickets cannot be used if it is operated from a device other than the one that was originally held over Ticket gate. In addition, even if it is the same device, if it is operated from a browser other than the browser originally used, the use may be restricted. To use the device, please use the device and browser held up to the Ticket gate first.

・It is not available at each station window, Hankyu Tourist Center Osaka-umeda, or Hankyu Tourist Information Center, Kyoto (Kawaramachi/Karasuma).

  Ticket selling location

  You can purchase it on the Surutto QRtto website (https://surutto-qrtto.com) or the Osaka Amazing Pass Platform (osaka-amazing-pass.com).
  

  Refund

  ・Refunds can be made only before pressing the "Start Usage" button within the validity period by performing the prescribed operations on your smartphone. (No commission)
  
  ・If you distribute tickets, you can only apply for a refund if all tickets purchased by the purchaser (distributor) at the same time are unused. All distributed tickets should be returned to the purchaser, and the purchaser himself or herself should complete the refund procedure with all the tickets in hand.
  
  ・Refunds will be made through the Credit card company that was paid at the time of purchase Digital special tickets. The refund date depends on the checkout cycle arranged by the Credit card company. Please check your refund on your statement of use.
