〈Digital special tickets〉Hankyu ・JR West Japan Kyoto 2way Pass

Hankyu Kyoto Line (Kyoto Line, Senri Line, Arashiyama Line) and JR West Japan free tour section (Osaka ~ Yamashina, Kyoto ~ Saga-Arashiyama, Kyoto ~ Inari) is a Digital special tickets that allows you to get on and off for one day. It will only be available on "KANSAI MaaS". When using the service, you can display the Tickets QR code on the ticket screen of "KANSAI MaaS" and hold it over the QR code-compatible Ticket gate machine to board.

【Please be careful】
・To purchase, you need to register as a member of "KANSAI MaaS" and pay with a Credit card.

・ By distributing tickets to a third party after purchasing multiple tickets at the same time, it can be used by people other than the purchaser. You can purchase up to 4 tickets at a time. If a person other than the purchaser uses the service, the person who distributed the ticket will also need to register as a member of "KANSAI MaaS".

・ Ticket One ticket is valid for one person only. There is no "Children" setting.

・When using this service, please prepare a smartphone with a camera function that can use the Internet. * It cannot be used on feature phones (flip phones).

・ Packet communications charges incurred when purchasing or using Digital special tickets will be borne by the customer.

・ Digital special tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other Tickets and IC card ticket. Fare adjustment machine is also not available.

・Please use QR code-compatible ticket gate when using.

・ It is not sold at each station window, Hankyu Tourist Center Osaka-umeda, Hankyu Tourist Information Center, Kyoto (Kawaramachi/Karasuma).

【使用開始前の取扱い】
・ご利用日や人数の変更は、未使用（“チケットを使う”ボタンを押下する前）かつご利用当日までの間に限り、「KANSAI MaaS」で取扱います。（お客様ご自身で操作いただきます）。

・きっぷの分配を行った場合は、購入者（分配元の方）が同時購入した全枚数分が未使用の場合に限り変更いただけます。購入者による分配取り消しまたは分配先の方による返却のうえ、購入者の手元に全枚数分が揃った状態で、購入者が一括で操作を行ってください。

Refund

・ If it is unused (before clicking the "Use Ticket" button) and before the start date of the validity period or within the validity period, it will be refunded without charge by "KANSAI MaaS" (you will be required to do so at your own operation).

・ In the case of distributing Ticket, it will be handled only if all the tickets purchased at the same time by the purchaser (distributor) are unused. After the purchaser cancels the distribution or the recipient returns the card, the purchaser must perform the operation at once with all the tickets in the purchaser's hands.

・ After the start of use (after pressing the "Use Ticket" button), the service will not be available and refunds will not be made due to Delay, etc.

・Please specify the scheduled date of use at the time of purchase, but please note that refunds cannot be made if the expiration date expires after the scheduled date of use.
