Hankyu Railway Osaka Metro All lines, designated sections of Kintetsu Trains, and Nara Kotsu Bus (Nara Park, Nishinokyo, Ikaruga Free Section) are Digital special tickets with free hop-on and off for one day. You can receive discounts and benefits at visiting facilities, souvenir shops, restaurants, etc. The Digital special tickets is available for purchase on the SURUTTO QRtto webpage for Credit card payment.

*QRtto is a service that allows customers to purchase tickets for trains, buses, and tourist facilities Tickets with their smartphones and use them ticketless (two-dimensional barcodes) as they are.

・To purchase and use this Digital special tickets, you need a smartphone and a Credit card. Please note that you are responsible for the packet communication charges incurred when purchasing or using Digital special tickets.

・ Digital special tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other Tickets ・ IC card ticket. Fare adjustment machine is also not available.

・Please use QR code-compatible ticket gate when using it.

・ Digital special tickets cannot be used if the device is operated from a device other than the one that was originally held up to the Ticket gate. In addition, even if it is the same device, if it is operated from a browser other than the browser originally used, the use may be restricted.     Refund

    ・Refunds can be made only before pressing the "Start Usage" button within the validity period by performing the prescribed operations on your smartphone. (No commission)

    ・If you distribute tickets, you can only apply for a refund if all tickets purchased by the purchaser (distributor) at the same time are unused. All distributed tickets should be returned to the purchaser, and the purchaser himself or herself should complete the refund procedure with all the tickets in hand.

    ・Refunds will be made through the Credit card company that was paid at the time of purchase Digital special tickets. The refund date depends on the checkout cycle arranged by the Credit card company. Please check your refund on your statement of use.
