〈Digital special tickets〉SURUTTO KANSAI Osaka Amazing Pass Osaka Airport (Itami)-Banpaku-kinen Koen Edition FY2025

In addition to all Osaka Metro and Osaka City Bus lines (except for some lines) and Hankyu, Hanshin, Keihan, Nankai, and Kintetsu Osaka areas, the designated sections of the Osaka Monorail and Kita-Osaka Kyuko Osaka Airport and Banpaku-kinen Koen areas are Digital special tickets free to get on and off for one day. This Tickets is available for purchase on the SURUTTO QRtto sales page.

When you purchase a Digital special tickets, you can use the designated actions on your smartphone to enjoy free or discounted access to eligible facilities in the Osaka area.

* QRtto is a service that allows customers to purchase tickets that can be used for train and bus Tickets and tourist facilities with their own smartphones, and can use them ticketless (two-dimensional barcode) as they are.

[Please note]
・To purchase and use this Digital special tickets, you need a smartphone and a Credit card. Please note that you will be responsible for the packet communication charges incurred when purchasing or using Digital special tickets.

・ Digital special tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other Tickets and IC card ticket. Fare adjustment machine is also not available.

・Please use QR code-compatible ticket gate when using it.

• Digital special tickets cannot be used if the device is operated from a device other than the one that was originally held over Ticket gate. In addition, even if it is the same device, if it is operated from a browser other than the browser originally used, the use may be restricted. To use the device, please use the device and browser held up to the Ticket gate first.

・It is not available at each station window, Hankyu Tourist Center Osaka-umeda, or Hankyu Tourist Information Center, Kyoto (Kawaramachi/Karasuma).

  Ticket selling location

  You can purchase it on the Surutto QRtto website (https://surutto-qrtto.com) or the Osaka Amazing Pass Platform (osaka-amazing-pass.com).

  Refund

  ・Refunds can be made by following the designated procedures on your smartphone but only before pressing the "Start using the pass" button within the validity period. (No fee)
  
  ・Refunds will be made through the credit card company used to purchase the digital special tickets. The refund date will vary depending on the settlement cycle set by the credit card company. Please check your credit card statement to see whether the refund was made.

• Go to the tickets list
