〈Digital special tickets〉Kitakyu ・Monorail Kyoto Outing Ticket FY2025 (second semester)

All Hankyu Takarazuka Line Kyoto Line, Kita-Osaka Kyuko and Osaka Monorail lines are Digital special tickets free for one day.
From this year, it will be released as a Digital special tickets that utilizes QRtto.
*QRtto is a service that allows customers to purchase tickets for train and bus Tickets and tourist facilities with their smartphones and use them ticketless (two-dimensional barcode) as they are

・To purchase and use this Digital special tickets, you need a smartphone and a Credit card. Please note that you are responsible for the packet communication charges incurred when purchasing or using Digital special tickets.

・ Digital special tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other Tickets ・ IC card ticket. Fare adjustment machine is also not available.

・Please use QR code-compatible ticket gate when using it.

・ Digital special tickets cannot be used if the device is operated from a device other than the one that was originally held up to the Ticket gate. In addition, even if it is the same device, if it is operated from a browser other than the browser originally used, the use may be restricted. To use the device, please use the device and browser held up to the Ticket gate first.

・It is not available at each station window, Hankyu Tourist Center Osaka-umeda, or Hankyu Tourist Information Center, Kyoto (Kawaramachi/Karasuma).

  ・ Only one person for one day during the validity period
  ・ Hankyu Takarazuka Line and Kyoto Line (including Minoh, Senri, and Arashiyama branch lines), all Kita-Osaka Kyuko lines, and all Osaka Monorail lines are free to hop on and off
  ・ If you show the Tickets screen after clicking the "Start Use" button, you can receive discounts on various facilities in the Arashiyama and Expo areas.

  Refund

  ・Refunds can be made only before pressing the "Start Use" button within the validity period by performing the prescribed operations on the customer's smartphone (no fee).
  
  ・If you distribute tickets, you can only apply for a refund if all tickets purchased by the purchaser (distributor) at the same time are unused. All distributed tickets should be returned to the purchaser, and the purchaser himself or herself should complete the refund procedure with all the tickets in hand.
  
  ・Refunds will be made through the Credit card company that was paid at the time of purchase Digital special tickets. The refund date depends on the checkout cycle arranged by the Credit card company. Please check your refund on your statement of use.
