〈Digital special tickets〉ONE KANSAI Kyoto Enjoy 3-way Pass

Hankyu Kyoto Line (Osaka-umeda ~ Kyoto-kawaramachi, Katsura ~ Arashiyama, Tenjimbashisuji-rokuchome ~ Kita-senri), Keihan (Yodoyabashi ~ Demachiyanagi, Chushojima ~ Uji) and JR West Japan (Osaka ~ Kyoto, Kyoto ~ Uji, Kyoto ~ Saga-Arashiyama, Osaka ~ Kyobashi, Shin-Osaka ~ JR Noe) is a Digital special tickets that allows you to get on and off freely for one day. It will only be released on "KANSAI MaaS". When using the machine, you can display the QR code from the "KANSAI MaaS" ticket screen and hold it over the Ticket gate machine that supports the QR code.

・To purchase, you need to register as a member of "KANSAI MaaS" and pay with a Credit card.

・By distributing tickets to a third party after purchasing multiple tickets at the same time, people other than the purchaser can use them. You can purchase up to 4 tickets at the same time. If the ticket is used by someone other than the purchaser, the person who distributed the ticket will also need to register as a member of "KANSAI MaaS".

・To purchase and use this Digital special tickets, you need a smartphone and a Credit card. Please note that you are responsible for the packet communication charges incurred when purchasing and using Digital special tickets.

・ Digital special tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other Tickets ・ IC card ticket. Fare adjustment machine is also not available.

・Please use QR code-compatible ticket gate when using it.

• Digital special tickets cannot be used if the user is operated from a device other than the one that was originally held up to Ticket gate. In addition, even if it is the same device, if it is operated from a browser other than the browser originally used, the use may be restricted. To use the device, please use the device and browser held up to Ticket gate first.

・It is not available at each station window, Hankyu Tourist Center Osaka-umeda, or Hankyu Tourist Information Center, Kyoto (Kawaramachi/Karasuma).

    【使用開始前の取扱い】
    ・ご利用日や人数の変更は、未使用(“チケットを使う”ボタンを押下する前)かつご利用当日までの間に限り、「KANSAI MaaS」で取扱います。(お客様ご自身で操作いただきます)。

    ・きっぷの分配を行った場合は、購入者(分配元の方)が同時購入した全枚数分が未使用の場合に限り変更いただけます。購入者による分配取り消しまたは分配先の方による返却のうえ、購入者の手元に全枚数分が揃った状態で、購入者が一括で操作を行ってください。

    Refund

    ・If you have not used it (before pressing the "Use Ticket" button), you will be refunded without any fees with "KANSAI MaaS" only before the start date of the validity period or within the validity period (you will have to do it yourself).

    ・If you distribute tickets, you can only apply for a refund if all tickets purchased by the purchaser (distributor) at the same time are unused. All distributed tickets should be returned to the purchaser, and the purchaser himself or herself should complete the refund procedure with all the tickets in hand.

    ・Please specify the intended date of use at the time of purchase, but please note that refunds will not be given if the expiration date has passed the scheduled date of use.

    ・Refunds will be made through the Credit card company that was paid at the time of purchase Digital special tickets. The refund date depends on the checkout cycle arranged by the Credit card company. Please check your refund on your statement of use.
