• Refund

  ・Refunds can be made only within the validity period and before pressing the "Start Use" button by performing the prescribed operations on the customer's smartphone. (No fee) ・If you distribute tickets, you can apply for a refund only if all tickets purchased by the buyer (distributor) at the same time are unused. All distributed tickets should be returned to the purchaser, and the purchaser himself or herself should complete the refund procedure with all the tickets in hand. ・Refunds will be made through the Credit card company that was paid at the time of purchase Digital special tickets.
