• Refund

  ・Refunds can be made only within the validity period and before pressing the "Start Use" button by performing the prescribed operations on the customer's smartphone.   ・QRtto is a service that allows customers to purchase tickets for trains, buses, and tourist facilities Tickets with their smartphones and use them ticketless (two-dimensional barcodes) as they are. ・To purchase and use this Digital special tickets, you need a smartphone and a Credit card. Please note that you are responsible for the packet communication charges incurred when purchasing and using Digital special tickets. ・ Digital special tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other Tickets ・ IC card ticket. Fare adjustment machine is also not available. ・Please use QR code-compatible ticket gate when using it. ・ Digital special tickets cannot be used if the user is operated from a device other than the one that was originally held over the Ticket gate. In addition, even if it is the same device, if it is operated from a browser other than the browser originally used, the use may be restricted.
