• How to use

  ■ How to use

  　〈Railway Use〉Press the "Hankyu Railway" tab, display the Tickets QR code, and hold it up to the QR code reader on the Ticket gate machine to use.

  　〈Bus Use〉Click the "Hankyu Bus" tab, display the bus Tickets screen, and present it to the driver for use.
  
  　〈Using Exchange Tickets〉Click the "Exchange Ticket" tab, activate the QR code reader camera, scan the QR code installed at the exchange location, display the voucher screen, and present it to the Station staff.

• Terms of Use

  ■ In the Hankyu version, Nose Electric Railway Yamashita stations with Stamp Points cannot be used. Customers planning to use the stamp point photo spot at Yamashita station must purchase the digital Tickets [Nose version].
  
  ■ If you board to Nose Electric Railway Yamashita Station with the Hankyu version, an additional fare will apply.

  ・Items will not be sold at exchange locations.
  ・You cannot choose the design.
  ・ Tickets One item per sheet will be given to you.

• Refund

  ・Refunds are possible only if you perform the specified actions on your smartphone before pressing the "Start Using" button within the validity period. (No fee) ・If tickets are distributed, refunds can only be processed if all tickets purchased simultaneously by the purchaser (the distributor) are unused. All distributed tickets must be returned to the purchaser, and the purchaser must complete the refund process in bulk once all tickets are in possession. ・Re Digital special tickets funds will be processed through the Credit card company that was paid at the time of purchase. Refund dates vary depending on the settlement cycle set by Credit card company. Please check your refund details using your usage statement or similar documents.
• Important Notice

  ・To purchase or use this Digital special tickets, you need a smartphone and an Credit card. Please note that any data communication charges incurred when purchasing or using Digital special tickets are the responsibility of the customer. ・ Digital special tickets cannot be used together with other Tickets or IC card ticket. Fare adjustment machine is also not available. ・Please use QR code-compatible ticket gate when using the service. ・ Digital special tickets cannot be used if operated from a device other than the device held up to the initial Ticket gate. Also, even on the same device, if you operate from a browser other than the one you originally used, your use may be restricted. When using the service, please first use the device held up to the Ticket gate device and the browser. ・Not sold at station counters, Hankyu Tourist Center Osaka-umeda, or Hankyu Tourist Information Center, Kyoto (Kawaramachi/Karasuma). * QR code is a registered trademark of Denso Wave Co., Ltd.
