• How to use

  ・Please use the QR code-compatible automatic Ticket gate machine.
  ・This Tickets will be treated as one day from 3:00 AM ~ 2:59 the next day. Please be sure to press the "Start Usage" button after 3:00 AM on the day of use.
  *If you start using it between 0:00 AM ~ 2:59 AM, you will not be able to use it after 3:00 AM.
  
  

  If you are using a reserved seat train, please purchase a separate Limited Express ticket or Reserved seats.

• Terms of Use

  Unlimited rides on the above-mentioned valid zones for one person on any one day during the validity period.

• Refund

  ・Within the validity period, Tickets ・All coupons are unused and refunds can be made only before pressing the "Start Use" button by performing the prescribed operations on your smartphone. (No fee) ・If you distribute tickets, you can refund only if all tickets purchased by the purchaser (distributor) at the same time are unused. All distributed tickets should be returned to the purchaser, and the purchaser himself or herself should complete the refund procedure with all the tickets in hand. ・Refunds will be made through the Digital special tickets Credit card company that was settled at the time of purchase. The refund date depends on the checkout cycle arranged by the Credit card company. Please check your refund on your statement of use.
• Important Notice

  ・To purchase and use this Digital special tickets, you need a smartphone and a Credit card. Please note that you are responsible for the packet communication charges incurred when purchasing or using Digital special tickets. ・ Digital special tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other Tickets ・ IC card ticket. Fare adjustment machine is also not available. ・Please use QR code-compatible ticket gate when using it. • Digital special tickets cannot be used if the device is operated from a device other than the one that was originally held over the Ticket gate.
